Each component of CNC aluminum alloy processing system, including machine tool, tool, fixture manufacturing error, installation error, wear in use directly affect the workpiece machining accuracy. That is to say, in the process of machining, the process system will produce a variety of errors, so as to change the position relationship between the cutting tool and the workpiece in the process of cutting motion and affect the machining accuracy of parts. These errors in mechanical processing plants are related to the structural state of the process system itself and the cutting process.
The main factors that produce machining errors are:
- (1) Machining principle error.Machining principle error is due to the use of approximate machining motion mode or approximate tool profile error, because there are errors in the machining principle, so called machining principle error. As long as the principle error is within the allowable range, this machining method is still feasible.
- Geometric errors of machine tools. The manufacturing error, installation error and wear of machine tool directly affect the machining accuracy of workpiece. Among them, the errors of machine tool spindle rotating motion, machine tool guide rail linear motion and machine tool transmission chain.
- Manufacturing error and wear of cutting tools. The machining accuracy of workpiece is affected by the manufacturing error, installation error and wear in use. Tool in the process of cutting, cutting edge, tool face and workpiece, chip produce strong friction, so that the tool wear. When the tool wear reaches a certain value, the workpiece surface roughness value increases, the chip color and shape change, and accompanied by vibration. Tool wear will directly affect cutting productivity, machining quality and cost.
- Fixture error.Fixture errors include positioning errors, clamping errors, fixture installation errors and tool errors. These errors are mainly related to the manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the fixture.
