Forming method.
CNC machine use computer to control tools. The motion and auxiliary action of NC machine tool are controlled by the instruction of NC system.
Programmer comply the instruction of CNC system. According to the material of the workpiece, processing requirements, characteristics of the machine tool and the instruction format (NC language or symbol) specified by the system. According to the program instruction, the CNC system sends operation or terminal information to the servo device and other functional components to control the various movements of the machine tool. When the processing program of the part finish, the machine will stop automatically.
Any kind of numerical control machine tool can’t work without inputting program instruction in its numerical control system. The controlled action of the machine tool generally includes the start and stop of the machine tool; the start and stop of the spindle, the change of the rotation direction and speed; the direction, speed and mode of the feed motion; the selection of the tool, the compensation of the length and radius; the replacement of the tool, the start and close of the coolant, etc.
