When bending, ensure z small bending height H(H≥R+2t (t material thickness; R bending radius); Change the shape of the parts being processed, without affecting the use of the bending height of the parts is less than z small. - The hole near the bending line is deformed.In the design of metal stamping parts, it is necessary to consider that the distance X from the bending parts to the hole edge is greater than a value X≥(1.5-2.0)t(bending plate thickness t); The auxiliary hole is designed at the bending part to absorb the bending deformation stress and prevent the hole deformation near the bending line.
