When the metal stamping parts manufacturer is doing the stamping parts with holes, it is easy to cause the wrong position and size of the holes, the holes are eccentric, the holes are opened outward, or the holes are bent and deformed.
How to prevent these problems, we need to take the following measures.
1. The location of the hole is wrong, (it becomes thinner by bending and tension)
Strict control of bending radius, bending Angle and material thickness; The neutral layer of the material is trimmed so that the depth of the punch into the die and the depth of the punch and die are properly uniform.
2. Holes differ in heart
Make sure the left and right bending height is correct; Correct worn dowel pins and dowel plates; Reduce springback to ensure the parallelism and flatness of the two curved surfaces; Change the process route, first bending correction and then punching.
3. The bending line and the two holes are not parallel, and the parts with the bending height less than the z small bending height show outward mouth shape after bending
When bending, ensure z small bending height H(H≥R+2t (t material thickness; R bending radius); Change the shape of the machined stamping part, without affecting the use of the part less than the z small bending height.
4. The hole near the bending line is deformed
In the design of metal stamping parts, to consider the bending parts from the bending part to the hole edge distance X is greater than a certain value X≥(1.5-2.0)t (t bending sheet thickness); An auxiliary hole is designed at the bending part to absorb the bending deformation stress, which can prevent the deformation of the hole near the bending line. Generally, the scheme of first bending and then punching is adopted.
