We have many case studies showing that we are the midwest sheet metal fabrication leader in cutting and bending ASTM High Strength Low-Alloy Grade Carbon Steel sheet metal such as A36 which we bend every day! We have been making 1,000,000+ industrial brackets every year since the early 1990’s.
ZenaTech has all types of sheet metal equipment for efficient handling of your sheet metal parts. Our engineers will analyze your drawings & decide where the process starts: shear, punch or laser cut.
Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Fabricating Applications
ZenaTech customers typically choose stainless steel grades 304, 316, and 410. Stainless steel grade 304 makes cost-effective sense for most sheet metal work, offering reasonable corrosion resistance. If you need us to manufacture a wide variety of different shapes and forms, stainless steel grade 304 is the most popular choice. Our expertise in 304 industrial sheet metal fabrication in combination with high formability and weldability characteristics means this is a cost-effective material for most consumer and light industrial products.
Sometimes our customers need their sheet metal fabrication products to stand up to elevated temperatures. Stainless steel grade 316 is both more corrosion resistant and heat resistant than grade 304, and we think it’s a great choice. Common ZenaTech customer applications include chemical equipment, valves, and pumps. Fewer of our customers choose stainless grade 410. It has great heat treatability, but it is poor in corrosion resistance. 410 is great for cutlery.
Aluminum Sheet Metal Fabrication Applications
Aluminum sheet metal is great for most custom metal fabrication. The following are the most commonly used aluminum grades that our customers require.
1104-H14
Commercially pure aluminum, chemical and weather resistant. Ductile, with good weldability, but it is weak. Noble customers use it in jewelry and chemical applications.
2024-T3
2024 fabrication typically revolves around aerospace applications. This type of aluminum alloy has great machinability, fair corrosion resistance, is heat treatable and has good workability and appearance.
3003-H14
3003-H14 maintains good weldability and formability, and is corrosion resistant. Noble customers use 3003-H14 in mail boxes, cabinets, tanks, stampings, spun and drawn parts, and fan blades.
5052-H32
5052-H32 has been great for Noble customer use in electronic chassis, tanks, and pressure vessels. While stronger than 3003 it is still formable and has high corrosion resistance and weldability.
6061-T6
6061-T6 is a head treatable structural alloy. Noble customers like the great weldability, corrosion resistance, and great strength.

Our process for stamping parts:
Once we made a contract, we will discuss the project with our team, considering all the details, and then start design. Before making the die parts we will send the design to for your approval. Any changes can be modified according to your opinion.
After customer’s approval, we will prepare material for mass production, testing the products, qualified products packing, and entering warehouse, and then prepare shipping.
After drawing confirmed, we will manufacturing the mold according customer’s requirement, our mold spare parts are mainly processing by CNC machine, P/G, W/E, EDM Grinding etc. After processing will assembly the mold.
