Main causes of scratches and solutions:
1. The material is poor and scratched. The raw materials with scratches should be carefully used. If paint or other surface treatment is required, the position of paint or surface treatment must be known. If the scratch is serious, consider whether to use it.
2. The material loading and unloading are scratched. When loading and unloading materials, two people must lift up and put down vertically at the same time. Brush worktable shall be selected. If it is a ball worktable, the ball must be knocked down. Burrs are not allowed to pile the workpieces together, workpieces are not allowed to drag on the cardboard, and they are placed stably and neatly. The quantity of each layer is consistent, and the height is not allowed to exceed one meter.
3. The mold is scratched by foreign matters. The brush in the cutter head should not be too short, and should be slightly higher than the surface of the lower mold of the cutter head. The thick plate should use a hard brush. The lower mold of the special forming tool is higher. The assembly and disassembly method is used for production. The program optimization reduces the drag of the workpiece on the mold.
4. The extreme pressure of stamping oil is low or there is a problem in the oil feeding process. Check whether the oil feeding device is blocked, whether the processing oil is completely coated, replace the current stamping processing oil, and select the stamping oil containing vulcanizing extreme pressure additives.
